Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and original packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, or bring your receipt to your local INTERSPORT store for an immediate assessment.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
